We also create seasonal platters using the best sustainable products available. Prices of these vary. Since we use sustainable products we don’t always guarantee availability of all the products on this list, but can always come up with reasonable replacements. Each tray will, in concert of a larger meal will feed up twenty people a reasonable portion, but no tray is a complete meal. As a rule of thumb, a meal for twenty should entail four or five trays pending on contest (lunch, dinner, hungry folks….).

Please allow a 24 hour, order time, though some items may be able to be made same day, if needed.
Box lunches includes a sandwich, a cookie, Mrs. Vickies potato chips, and a small cabbage salad $10.00.
The following trays (17.5”x9.5”) feed 20 to 24 in a large size and 10 to twelve in small (9.5”x9.5”).
